Description

Miesnieku 13, 15 and 17 are perhaps the Most Desirable addresses in Riga. The breath of antiquity and the tranquility of the old town turn this buildings into a true oasis for the soul. The buildings are part of an ensemble of cultural monuments of national importance. They were built in the 17th-18th centuries as warehouses, as evidenced by their unique architectonic outlines.
Reconstruction in 2013/2016.

As a result of reconstruction, three houses on the street Miesnieku are united into one complex of buildings, a common two-level courtyard has been created, which is connected to the territory adjacent to the nearby Anglican Church of St. Savior. The houses are equipped with 12 apartments ranging from 90 to 158m2 – two in the middle house and five in the two outer ones. All apartments are offered fully finished.

When choosing brands of finishing materials and furniture, we deliberately gave preference to only world famous manufacturers and designers who create outstanding design and art objects that will not lose their value over time.

For example, the lamps are selected from the collection of Japanese designer Ingo Maurer and designer Filipe Stark firmas Flos. Fireplaces are produced by the French company Focus. The interior is complemented by contemporary art and specially selected items from European antiques and auctions. The bathrooms are equipped with plumbing fixtures by the Spanish design firm Rexa and Inalco tiles. Furniture is represented by Italian brands Driade, Gervasoni, Cassina, Boffi, etc.
